Grow the game funding now open -
This could be a fantastic opportunity for our existing teams to apply for some funding to help them run a B or even a C side in the league next season.
This is also a great opportunity for any new teams* to apply for funding to help them set up for the new season (Subject to criteria)
The League Development Officer will support any applications and will help teams through the process of applying for the funding.
Yesterday the Annual Health Check window opened for all clubs within the East Riding that have Charter Standard accreditation to complete for this current season, 2016-17.
Only clubs that achieved Charter Standard on or before June 30th 2016 need to complete this seasons process, all other clubs that achieved it on or after July 1st 2016 won’t have to complete it until next season, 2017-18.
Like last season the process is to be accessed and completed online via the Whole Game system. All the information for this seasons process can be found online by clicking here and by reading the attached document.
In terms of courses to satisfy criteria (unless you are all up to date and have everything in place) please treat this December as a month to action plan as we will not have any dates for Safeguarding Children and FA Emergency Aid until the new year. We do have the dates for coaching courses on there, to check them out please click here. It is very important that individuals that need to attend courses book online themselves using their FAN details.
CRCs are in a league of their own and are a must for those individuals that need them, please refer to the information on our website and the attached guide again regarding these as Health Check’s will not be accepted if these are not in place.
This process is not unexpected for you as clubs and is not here to catch you out but to in fact help you in continuing to support football, raise standards and safeguard the game.
If at any time you have any problems or any questions, in the first instance refer to the information guide attached or the information on the website, alternatively please do not hesitate to contact me.
